Two Culinary Arts students, Brian Carey
and Brianna Hunter took on personal challenges to design, then create,
elaborate cakes that represented the spirit of the BigE.
After
many hours of hard work
Brian and Brianna submitted their entries in the BigE cake decorating
contest -- and the results -- a first place win and a third place win!
Brian came away the BIG winner with a first place win and Brianna a super, wonderful third place win.
In the beginning - there was cake........

Then came the designs, the coloring, the hand painting of details.......

Brie & Brian worked steadily, and soon, the pieces of their cake puzzles accumulated

Brianna's State Houses and Brian's rollercoaster begin to take shape

Once assembled - the master pieces of their efforts are glorious!
Brianna created the State Houses and popular food vendors and Brian, the rollercoaster and family picnic
The entire Franklin County Tech community congratulates these skilled, hardworking students.
