Lean and seasoned ground beef is broiled, and then simmered with a hunter style

brown sauce that consists of shallots, garlic, herbs, red wine, mushroom and tomatoes

Fosters’ fresh haddock is baked to a tender and moist finish,

with a butter crumb topping. Garnished with lemon and parsley.

Served with a classic seafood sauce.

Boneless breast of chicken is breaded and fried to a golden brown, then topped with

tomato sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Accompanied by pasta du jour

 

 

Lighter Fare

A luncheon classic: Tuna salad is served with lettuce and tomato on white, wheat, or

12-grain bread. Accompanied by french fries and soup du jour.

Thinly sliced ham is served with American cheese on white, wheat, or 12-grain bread,

which is grilled until golden brown. Accompanied by french fries and soup du jour.

 

Caeser Salad with Fried Chicken…..….……………………….…………….…….$6.25

Fresh spinach and romaine lettuce is tossed with Caeser dressing and seasoned

croutons, then topped with slices of fried chicken breast. Served with soup du jour.
