Rounded Rectangle: On July 1, 2009, Richard Martin became the new Principal at FCTS, taking the helm from Paul Cohen who retired June 30th. Mr. Martin is a strong supporter of Vocational Technical education. Mr. Martin grew up in the trades says he has a passion for what voc-ed offers students. Mr. Martin has worked as a special education teacher, school adjustment counselor, assistant director of pupil, personnel services and special education and assistant principal. Welcome Mr. Martin!
